Lady Helios

This one takes a bit of explanation! The shop is set after Sailor Moon canon, with an alternate turn of events at the galaxy cauldron, culminating in the death of all sailor senshi.

As the shop moves on "court" souls, aka original canon souls, are revealed inside specific senshi. This girl is Sailor Pegasus, Senshi of Dreams (ok, she's obvious, right?), who also contains the soul of Helios.
